The Nominating Committee nominates persons for positions elected by the congregation including the Board of Trustees, church officers and the Nominating Committee itself.

The Personnel Committee deals with all personnel issues facing the congregation, including contracts, terms of employment, vacation and sick leave policies and employee relations.
